3. Account Registration and Security

5. Bonuses and Promotions
bee88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through artificial play patterns, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings accumulated under the relevant promotion.
6. Betting Rules
All bets placed on bee88 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a bet. Ignorance of the rules does not entitle you to a refund or reversal of a settled bet.
Bet Placement and Confirmation
A bet is only considered valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system — for example due to a network interruption — are not valid and will not be settled. bee88 records all bet placement activity for dispute resolution purposes and those records constitute the authoritative record of all transactions.
Errors and Manifest Mistakes

A manifest error includes a typographic error in stated odds, odds published significantly out of line with the prevailing market due to a system fault, or acceptance of a bet on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement. - Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.
- bee88 will not honour winnings that resulted from a manifest error regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the event settled.
- bee88 will notify affected players of voided bets resulting from a manifest error as promptly as reasonably practicable.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension and Termination

- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the account or its transactions.
- The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform under the criteria in Section 2.
- bee88 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
Upon termination, any confirmed balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification. Winnings accrued through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited in full.
9. Intellectual Property

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
